Whether you are completely new to faith and groups or have been around this rodeo before, we’ve got the perfect group for you to connect with God and others. Short-term groups at HFUMC meet each Spring, Summer and Fall and are a wonderful opportunity to develop spiritual friendships while taking your next steps of faith in Jesus Christ. Discipleship Groups focus on building friendships and taking next steps in faith. Each week that you meet with your discipleship group, you can expect to get to know new people, pray together, and talk about what it means to apply your faith in everyday transformational living. This spring, discipleship groups will also be taking time to endeavor a service project together.
Study Groups emphasize learning new things about God and practices of faith through biblical study. Our study groups incorporate video and discussion-based sessions and are arranged by topic, so you can pick the group that fits your unique interests.
