Hello, my name is Scott Aleridge, and it is my privilege to serve Hendersonville First United Methodist Church. I strongly believe that God is using our church to help restore the world in Grace & Love.
With a decade of business experience and twenty-six years in ministry, I have learned that we are in an adaptive period for both the world and the church. Before returning to lead HFUMC, I served as the District Superintendent, where I had the opportunity to lead a diverse group of United Methodist Churches. This included 108 churches, 109 pastors, and over 34,000 church members.
I have lived in Hendersonville for the past eleven years, where my two children, James and Lindsey, attended elementary, middle, and high school. I have been fortunate to be married to the woman of my dreams, Beth, since 1997.
