Sunday Schedule

Worship is one of the most important ways we offer praise and reflect on God's love. These full-length services involve the congregation in fellowship, song, prayer, scripture, preaching, and the sacraments.

Sunday Worship Services

8:15, 9:30, and 11:00 am

(Broadcast on local cable channel 3, Tuesdays at 7:00pm)

9:30 am Sunday School Hour

Sunday School is from 9:30am to 10:30am with classes for all ages, infants through adults. Greeters at the main entrances are prepared to help you find appropriate Sunday School Classes as listed below.

Children in Worship (All Children)
Jesus said, “Let the children come to me,” and we feel the same way. For this reason, we welcome children of any age in our worship service and offer them several special opportunities. There are Special Activity Bulletins filled with puzzles that relate to the service. During the 8:15 and 11:00 Worship Services, there is a special Children’s Message for all ages. Children ages three through kindergarten may also be dismissed after the Children’s Message for a special time of activity and learning called Playful Praise.

Childcare is also available during our worship services for infants through two years of age. We encourage all other children to attend worship with their families. We do have a Quiet Room located at the back of the Sanctuary for your peace of mind. But remember, all are welcome in the eyes of the Lord.

Playful Praise (3 yrs old - Kindergarten)
Playful Praise is offered in conjunction with the 8:15 and 11:00 Worship Services. We offer this opportunity for children three years old through Kindergarten to stay in the worship service with their families until the Children’s Message, and then be dismissed for supervised activities until the worship service is over.

Playful Praise (for 3 year olds through Kindergarten age) is held in the following rooms during these worship services:

8:15 Worship: M-109 or M-110, as needed
11:00 Worship: M-110

Children’s Message and Playful Praise are not provided during the 9:30 worship service; at that time, children may attend Sunday School appropriate for their age (see below.)

Sunday Morning Childcare (Infants-2 years old)

Check-In System

All children 6th grade and younger must be checked in electronically at a security check-in kiosk prior to attending Sunday School or Child Care each Sunday morning. New visitors should go to the Ark in the Children’s Lobby, where trained persons can assist them with the check-in process. At check-in, security badges will be printed for the children to wear. Matching badges are also printed for parents, and are required to be shown when picking up children after Sunday School or Worship.

Children remain in the grade they've just completed during the summer months. They are promoted to the next class after school starts in August.
