Room in the Inn Clothing Drive

Room in the Inn will begin on the first weekend of November. Over the past few years we have had a clothing drive and received a number of great items that assisted our guests during the 5 month winter season. We are once again having a ONE TIME ONE DAY DRIVE for our Room in the Inn guests. Winter is cold and our men could use some extra coats, shirts, shoes, pants, underwear and shoes. All sizes can be used but men's medium to x-large clothing, and 9-13 shoe sizes seem to be in the largest demand. Please make sure the clothing is clean and something you would wear. We will have individuals in the Genesis Hall on Saturday, September 26 from 9am till 1:00pm to collect this clothing. I would ask that NO DRESS CLOTHING such as suits, button down shirts (dressy) and dress pants be donated. These gentlemen for the most part do not have need for such clothing.

Room in the Inn Toiletries:

Please make a point of saving travel toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. The church prepares bags each week for each of our 12 guests during the Room in the Inn season. These travel size toiletries save cost that the church would otherwise spend. These dollars can then be spent toward other supplies such as cots, and cushions.
