The Great Adventure
*Bring your Bible every Sunday. We’re digging into scripture together. (You may even want to underline the things that touch your heart!) *Study your lesson every week. Reading is good but not good enough. Think about the questions and write down your answers. You can do it for three months. *Practice the spiritual disciplines each week. They’re not hard and they make all the difference. Plus, there’s power in doing the same ones together. *Pray God’s blessings on your individual faith journey and on our church’s common journey. *Parents, talk with your children about the adventure of being apprentices of Jesus. You’ll be studying the same key scriptures, you’ll all have something to study at home, and you will each have spiritual disciplines to practice. Let us begin with faith!

The Great Adventure begins!!! With the coming of the New Year, our congregation is launching out on a journey of faith with apprenticeship to Jesus Christ as our emerging focus for life and ministry. Beginning with 12-weeks of study and practice, every Sunday School class and a class on Wednesday evening at 6:30 will study it. Worship will center around it. We even have a new song we’ll include in worship.
