The Recreation Ministry holds a golf fundraiser every year and is the only one that is dedicated to the program and provides financial support to the ministry. That event is known as “The Big Ben Memorial Scramble” named after the late Reverend Ben Alexander.

*Ben Alexander Christian Life Center (CLC) is named for Rev. Ben Alexander, Pastor Emeritus, at Hendersonville First United Methodist Church for his years of Christian service to the community. The golf event is the only fundraiser for the Christian Life Center and will fund programs for the fiscal year. The April 2018 Tournament will be the 22 Annual Event on April 21.
