Mission Opportunity: Project Transformation

We hope you'll join us for one of this summer's mission opportunities. Project Transformation connects children, college students, and churches to offer a summer program focusing on literacy. HFUMC is a partner church with Project Transformation, which means we commit volunteer, financial and spiritual resources for their programming.

Here are ways you can participate:

1. Crayon Drive

We are collecting 24 packs of Crayola Crayons for Project Transformation. Please drop boxes of crayons in the box near the church office before May 27.

2. Read One-On-One with a Child

HFUMC will be reading July 16-19 from 9:15 am until 12:15 pm at Matthews Memorial UMC at 300 Anderson Lane in Madison. Watch for sign-ups coming soon.

3. Give Snacks

Drop individually-packaged snacks (goldfish, cookies, crackers, etc.) in the Project Transformation barrel by the church offices. Donations accepted until mid-July.
